Referral Rewards are paid only when the referred candidate gets hired by you.

Upon successful hire, Wisestep will invoice you for the referral reward amount and pay out the reward to the Referrer.

Our paid plans start with the minimum duration of a month. If you’d like to upgrade your current plan, you can do so instantly by paying the difference for the duration of your current plan. If you’d like to move to smaller plan then you can write to support and we will refund the excess money you paid.

Wisestep plans are charged on a monthly basis. We don’t prorate months, so if your request for a change of plan is made after the start of a billing month, the refunds will apply from the next applicable month.
